Andre’ Gauche’ – Director
Andre’ Gauche’ is a developer, NHBRC registered builder and tourism operator living at his family lodge on Myoli Beach, Sedgefield in the Garden Route of South Africa over weekends and at his home in Kraaibosch Country Estate, George during the week. Over the past 22 years he has, with the assistance of a loyal group of artisans, developed 21 separate properties listed below while at the same time operating his tourist establishments and developing tourism in the Southern Cape. He was joined by his sons Luke Gauche’ – in 2021 as Construction Manager registered as an NHBRC builder with a BSc degree in Construction Management – and Kyle Gauche’ architectural draughtsman and logistics.

BUSHMASTER ECO-HUT
This unique concrete structure is cost effective, easy to construct, affordable, extremely durable, low maintenance, secure and resistant to fire, rain, extreme weather, rust, termites and other insects with excellent thermostatic properties. The entire hut is constructed with brick and mortar reinforced with steel Y-bar, weld mesh and plaster mesh. The roof structure is reinforced 100mm concrete with plastered finish.
